Front camera not reconised

I am desperate! had my truck in for lights conversion to UK specs and have lost the camera. I suspect its simple to fix but I cannot get any help from the maker as its outside the USA. Any suggestions

So u had your lights changed over and lost your front view camera? What exactly was involved for the conversion? If so, your front camera should have a power lead that taps into a constant 12v power source towards the front of the truck. Only place to pick up this 12v feed up front is from the lighting circuits. If anything was changed with the wiring, maybe the camera power feed was removed and just needs spliced back in?

Thanks Hemi 1300, the camera power is fine its just not being reconised by the system. I am told that this happens when the power supply is interupted. Lockpic will not help as its outside the USA. I am going to try a Cheverlet/Merc dealer as I know they have a few Rams.

and what was invlove in the conversion to euro lights? Did the dodge dealership do it? How much was it? and do you now have fog lights with high beam and low beam? do they also work as daytime running lights?

I'm in process of getting a 2500 shipped to Australia (its on ship as we speak), so interested in how your conversion process goes.

Did you do full RHD conversion ?
