8.4 inch uconnect not updating

I am having trouble updating my radio I recently put in. I tried an update files already ive seen on this forum but I got a cannot update vehicle not compatibile error. My main issue is android auto doesn't seem to be working (I keep getting android auto error 8) I'm thinking it may be a simple update needed. Any help would be appreciated!

Looks like you have a UAS, non-NAV radio with 22.6 firmware. I have seen this error myself and it "might" point to a failing sierra wireless air card not keeping accurate time. You can update to firmware 40.1. PM me you're gmail if you'd like me to send you the files.

Likely hardware and not software. Either antenna or internal aircard.
