Front pinion seal is what is leaking.

Not hard to change. Just have to make sure the pinion nut is put back to the same spot so you don’t crush the crush sleeve further than it is.

It's not that difficult to change out. Getting the nut back to the same torque is the hard part. Use a new nut or use some Loc-tite on the threads.
