Front left ABS fault code on 2014 5500 cab and chassis

I have a front left ABS fault code coming on in my 2014 5500 cab and chassis. i had a local shop replace the hub and the sensor, checked all the wiring and they are puzzled. The sensors are all reading within range when driving. we can clear the code and drive 50 miles with the cruise set, but it comes back as soon as you touch the brake. it pulsates on the brake pedal and slight pull to the left when you brake.
