That type of stuff is hit/miss??? You would have to call your dealership and talk to your Service Advisor. You say lifetime warranty? RAM or Dealership 3rd party? Hence either way a call to the dealership.

Read the actual warranty document. They are usually pretty clear and easy to understand if you invest a little time. Better to know for yourself than to trust someone at the dealership version of the truth.
