Normal driving as far as driving without hitting bumps it’s fine it does have a little wheel hop if I drive next to her but it’s very aggressive when the potholes hit.

Can you rock the truck back and forth by hand? Normally just bounce on a side step to get it to rock
Yeah I can rock it and it feels normal and like is said even normal driving without hitting pot holes feels fine

I’m with your foreman. New or not my first thought is improperly serviced shocks. Fluid on both sides of the shock will cause what you are describing. Not overly familiar with automotive struts but lots of aviation strut experience. I’ll be the first to admit that they may not necessarily share the same design, so I may be WAY off base here. But i’ve experienced struts with fluid on both the gas and fluid side and in this condition the ride fine but they’ll hit bumps like they are a solid connection.

That is odd that when you rock it, you’d think it would be stiffer on one side. You tighten all the bolts while the truck was under its own weight and not jacked up right?

I would say it's the shocks too, but he put factory new ones on... I almost wonder if your front sway bar is upside down? Or if it's tightened up front. The problems sounding like there's no travel up front with your suspension.

I am with G-Ride990, need more pics of the truck assembled from different angles.
Sounds like something is either locked up or binding restricting movement.
Is the lower shock mount hitting the control arm when truck is on the ground?
shaking the truck side to side may not tell you much. Try lifting the truck from the side or front and release the floor jack fast to drop the truck. Sounds harsh but you need the weight transfer to see what is going on. Look for a nice rebound.
Disclaimer: Please put the truck together first.

What would be chances the BJ on one or both new LCA's are crap ? If you only replaced struts and LCA's and have replaced struts twice already, next thing to try is the other thing you also changed :)

Did you torque the control arm bolts before weight of truck on them or after - if tightened and torqued control arm bolts without load on them - the struts assembly fighting the control arms and won’t dampen correctly - if that not the problem then maybe incorrect strut assembly for model year if what I would guess
