So I am going to be replacing the sway links and sway bar bushings on my truck, going to reuse the stock bar.

Is there any way to tell by model/year on which size I have?

There are like 4 or something ridiculous...

like a 30mm, 32mm, 33mm and maybe even a 34mm

and while I have yalls attention...should I get thermo mold rubber or whatever its called, or should I just grab some energy suspension poly urethanes??

also, when installing the bushings, do I need to apply any grease??

Thanks!

Yeah....you'll have to measure it Cody. Sorry bro, there's no hard rule for what bar is on waht truck. But...it might be a 32mm.

I don't know how far you are from the nearest part store, but if you've got one that you have some raport with, ask to borrow thier micrometer for measuring disc rotors and slip that bad boy around your bar. Even if it is in inches only you can convert that to milimeters.

I have urethane bushings on my truck and athough I believe they're tighter than rubber and last longer they sure are squeaky. Make sure you buy some you can grease. I guess that answers your last question.
