I have a 2015 big horn 4wd with the 5.7L hemi. It currently has over 131,000 miles. Aside from changing the brakes all the suspension components are original.

I plan on changing the struts/shocks, power stop Z36 rotors, calipers and pads. I plan on changing the sway bar end links. The OEM sway bar links look cheesy. Any experience with AC Delco or Mevotech end links? They seem to be heavier and have grease fittings.

I was looking at the sway bar bushings on Rockauto. I put some Dial calipers on my front swaybar to check the diameter. It’s coming out at just over 36.5 mm or 1.437 inches. Apparently, at rock auto they are saying this size Moog bushing is for “air suspension” models. Can anyone explain this? I’m using a set of Mitutoyo dial calipers. The sway bar diameter is 36.5mm. I want to buy the correct bushings.

Apparently, rock auto is not showing the correct part number. I went to the Moog website and found this bushing.

I was looking at the rear suspension as well. And I read some of these threads about the Helwig stabilizer bars. I’m assuming they must be better for towing? Should I contemplate changing the upper and lower control arms as well? Next year we plan on towing either a 24 foot or 26 foot travel trailer.

Thanks for any helpful advice!

Did you check All Mopar Parts on this forum? I have the hellwig rear sway bar, definitely an improvement over stock & adjustable, I was surprised how light the stock one was.
I have the Core upper & lower control arms, again to me an improvement over stock, truck feels “ more planted” especially on curves with bumps like highway exits.
I recently replaced front sway bar, mine was rusting mainly in the curves near the end links, there is no aftermarket for the front but the stock is very solid.
I did the front bar myself but all other suspenion work was done at Quick-Shifters shop, ak_trucks_pa the only shop I trust with my truck.
He uses a manual torque wrench for all final installs & close enough or should be ok isn’t in his vocabulary.
Make sure truck is on the ground before final torques.
I have no regrets/complaints with any of my currrent setup

Are those new rear coil springs? They look too clean to be original.

They were installed at the same time as the control arms, Icons 1.5” of lift, I have been happy with them but I don’t tow anything & hauling furniture my wife finds is the most weight I’ve put in the bed
