frontend vibarition in 4wd

got a 07 2500 with 5.7 hemi qc and it drives fine besides when i put it in 4wd ,when accelerating it vibartes u can fill the front end shaking i crawled underneath and the ujoints felt tight any sugestions

check ball joints and tie rod ends for slop. my 06 did this and it was just time for a front end rebuild
