Fuel fill tube

Looking fir this set up for a 2017 ram 1500 big horn edition. 5.7 l v8 hemi. The hood portion broke when i was trying to remove the gas nozzle that got stuck in the fill tube. Hoping that they have manufactured a new fill tube that stops the nozzle from sticking in the fuel fill tube.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

That pic looks like the newer version fill neck. Here is the latest part.

Not sure what you mean by the hood? If you are referring to the plastic housing at the point where the fill neck attaches to the fender then yes that part is included with the fill neck and the part number associated with it.
