Hi Folks...not sure which area to post this....so here it goes...my 2013 CC doesn't want to be fueled up...couple days ago it was time to add some fuel..had 1/4 tank according to gauge..this was its first fill by me..the very first was by the dealer..right full..I stuck nozzle in tank and it kept kicking off..turned it one way and the other..kept doing it..pulled it out half way kicked off..was only able to squeeze $40 in before I got frustrated and tired of trickling fuel in. Again today that $40 in fuel was gone and I again tried to fill it with fuel, different station 150km away, different company..same thing..kicked off...should fill tube have a cap..did dealer possibly knock it of..blocking tube? any ideas?...taking a trip tomorrow to dealer to see what they say or can do..no fun, and not right standing in cold and wind trying to fill with fuel...will update with answer/results...I am aware a TSB was out for similar issue but not a 2013 with 986kms on it

I thought what did I do, or what was different...the nozzle did not have a frigging square piece on top..the other two had this little square plastic thingy that advertises ..2 candy bars $1.00 or some promo...it was preventing me from getting nozzle in hole far enough..yah yah here come the jokes..now I have to remember where gas stations are without plastic square things or carry some pliers and tear them off before filling with fuel...
