Check the owner's manual but I believe it's fuse F79. Start the truck, pull the fuse, and wait until it dies.

With a helping hand/foot I believe pedal to the metal will cut spark/fuel, no?

Thought I ran through a Hemi cam install video where they cycled the engine to prime the pumps with the throttle open prior to actually firing it up. May have not mentioned the fuel pump relay was missing!

Thanks. You guys are awesome! It was the fuel pump 30A fuse, F70, I think. I couldn't find in any paperwork where the 2013 Ram even has a fuel-pump specific relay. Anyway, worked like a charm.
