I got the code, bought a cheaper sensor, replaced it, disconnected the battery overnight. Next morning I remote started it, kept running, check engine light went out. Drove for a bit. Started it again and the check engine light was on again. Checked and got the same code. Said b circuit. Anybody know if the cheap Chinese knockoffs don't connect with the ram computer right?

I can't believe there's nobody with info on this repair. Still wondering why the code won't clear and check engine light stays on.

The truck is running great and getting 19 mpg combined. I will be getting a Mopar part and installing it. Thanks
If you are still having an issue with a DTC set for the fuel pressure, before replacing the sensor again get a proper scan tool connected to this truck and verify what the fuel pressure is in the PCM. Then, connect a mechanical gauge to the fuel system at the Schrader valve on the fuel rail or with the quick connect T-fitting at the fuel rail inlet. See if the two pressures match. If the fuel pressure is correct on the gauge at idle and while under load then your issue could very well be the new sensor that you installed.

If the fuel pressure on the gauge is not up to spec then your pump is the culprit. No need to waste money on parts before some quick diagnostics have been performed.

Good luck on getting it figured out.
