question everyone , my 2018 ram has 101,000 on it now. Has anyone successfully used any fuel system cleaners or, should I just leave it alone? Runs fine, fuel mileage isn't terrible but, with the lousy gas out there these days, should I do it?

You say cleaners as if there are many options that will work, this is not the case. Only proven cleaner I know of is PEA, and the only effective cleaner is si-1 through gas tank, the other option being sea foam through vacuum lines. Read this thread get a boroscoped pop a plug see how bad it is if you need them or not, or just run the si-1. This product has been tested and tested again everytime with those results, and nothing else has been proven from my research. There are therois on cleaners that may come close like Amsoil pi or RP one, but there is only one with the receipts. Plus even redline needs concentration %, at a minimum one bottle per tank, but better 1 bottle per 1/2 tank. It is what it is, concentration % matters hugely.
