F259 isn't compatible with iDatalink maestro so hopefully your truck doesn't require it.

I doubt it. My truck is the tradesman. So it has nothing. Lol. Changing it from the smallest radio they have. Decided to upgrade to alpine radio for the screen and im installing backup camera so i dont bust my tail lights again

Alpine has an 8” screen. This is what I have in my ram, but the newer version.

I looked at this unit, but Crutchfield said it would not work in my 2018 2500. But I was happy to go with a 8.4 UAS upgrade. Can you post a picture if how your install looks? Sounds like a nice unit.
