I did an oil change 6 days ago. Today, the CEL came on and I had code P06DD. I read it could be the pressure sensor, pump, solenoid, a clog, oil leak, wrong oil type or even the filter. I've always used Fram filter XH11665 and Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 5w-20 with no issues before. I noticed this time though with the filter, the gasket wasn't in the plastic wrapping like it usually is. The box was still sealed so I thought maybe they stopped with the plastic. Maybe it could be the filter or gasket not sealing properly. Anyone else have any ideas? I also don't see any leaks under the truck or around the filter cap. Pressure is roughly 38psi at idle and 48psi while driving.

Probably the same filter, I use the Ultra Synthetic XG 11665 with the Penzoil 0w 20 ultra platinum. No issues so far. Last oil change was around May of this year and the gasket was included, in a plastic bag.

I'd check the filter first. Ensure the gasket on the filter is in place and the filter is seated properly. I'd also ensure the right 3.6L filter was used, there are two versions now that are not compatible.

Funny thing is before I saw this, I took the cap off again and the filter fell right off. Went to pop it back on and saw inside the cap was broken causing the filter not to stay on properly. Not sure how it broke but until I can get a new Mopar cap, I have to buy a Duralast or Dorman until then. Grabbing a new Mopar filter just to be safe too.

Yeah, same filter. Didn't realize there was a typo. Was supposed to be XG. Saw it might actually be an issue with the housing cap. Going to get one from Auto Zone for now to hold me over until I can get a Mopar and getting a Mopar filter while I'm there.
