Getting Radio to control seat vent/heat after UAQ swap

Swapped in a UAQ head unit into my 2015 Laramie Limited 3500. All went well after the swap and I let the BCM sleep and figure itself out. The only issue I have is I do not have any controls for the heated seats/wheel and vented seats. My truck has the upfitter package with aux switches, so no hard keys. I was told i would either I need a conversion harness or to swap in a newer BCM. Well, the BCM was the cheaper option for me so I swapped that in.

I did the engineering config reset, flashed my read config before the swap, and still no controls, plus I lost the suspension settings in the menu for my factory airbags. Any insight?

UPDATE: Suspension settings are back after the BCM slept. Still no soft keys
