Getting to dash speakers: just pry up the panel?

In order to get to the dash speakers, is all I have to do is pry up the panel or do I need to do anything with the A-pillars also in terms of taking those off? Any tricks to getting it off?

Should just be able to pry around the edges with a trim removal tool or small flat tip screwdriver to pop the clips loose. That's based on what I have read, I've never actually taken mine off.

on my 05 that piece was just held in with clips and popped out pretty easy.....should be pretty similar on your truck

Yes. Did mine today. Just pry up the front starting on one side and work your way all the way across then lift the front and pull straight back.
