Also I question why he doesn't have the cables for it? Only takes 5 extra minutes to remove the power cord etc from the truck when you remove it so I wonder why they did not do that. I would pass on that one personally. May not be legit. Awfully cheap if it is fairly new tuner ya know. Plus who knows what vehicle it might be for. JMO.
