Grease/Lub

Hi everyone, I have a question.
I have a 4th generation 2011 ram 4x4 quad cab. I want to know what is a good grease lub to use? I bought this truck back in September of 2018 with 76,000 miles and now have 80,000. The car fax report that came with the truck don't say and I really don't want to call the dealer cause I'm not too fond of them.
Also, now that my truck hit 80,000 miles, when do I do a tranny flush? That's not on the car fax report either. Thank you for any help u can give me.

As far as grease, my 2017 doesn't have any greasable parts. As for schedule, look in the owners manual. If you don't have one go to the Ram website & click on "Owners" where you can download a copy for your truck.
