I have gone through 3 aftermarket grills and everyone you have to attach all mounting points with screws that brake off and loosen up. All three where sent back. Nobody builds like the factory grill, with molded attachments points

That's why I cut my louvers out of their frame and sandwiched my black powder coated aluminum mesh between that and the original outer surround, then trimmed off the excess screen overhang on the back. Rock solid now.
