Grille size L/W? 4th generation

Looking to replace my grille with rebel style but I’ve seen two different sizes 55.12x20.28 and 53.94x18.5. My ram is 2011 but I’m converting front end to 2013 just bumper and grille I believe lights are same. Anyone know of this thank you

Correct. Light are the same
