We have a Ram 2018 5500 Cab Chassis that the rear park assist backup camera works great except for the “Parkview Backup Camera Guidelines”. The Backup Camera Guidelines do not appear when the rear view camera is on. In the program setting for the"ParkView Backup Camera Active Guidelines" the "ON" setting is checked, however if you try to change the setting to the "OFF" position there is an audible “BEEP BEEP" and the setting reverts to the "ON" position. We would appreciate any help to resolve this issue, Thank you.
