This took some talent!
I had that happen on my old 2001 Ram but it went into the lower bumper opening next to the fog light and I didn't notice it for several days. Well being the Summer all I can say is wow was that disgusting to get out of there!

You more than welcome JoeCo!
It's amazing what you can do with that plastidip nowadays, isn't it?!! Such a great way to change things up without having to worry about all the $$$ and cringeworthy moments that would come with a real color change.
I'm leaning towards a "here's the keys every now and then for the parking lot wow factor and then give it to him as his graduation present..."
Thank you thank you - people are always surprised to hear its got this tiny V8 in it. The 2spd trans is definitely a strange setup. I've been fortunate the car has been pretty good to me. I need to try to get her out maybe this weekend and give her a bath though. She's been neglected this year. Original harrison radiator started leaking so I haven't driven her much in the last 12 months. Like everything on it, the radiator is a strange one. It's a downflow and an odd core size to boot. Finally found someone who would make a custom aluminum unit but it's gonna cost me $900 so I've kinda just let her sit. I know I know.
I hope I can help you with your $900 radiator. If you can find a radiator shop that rebuilds radiators, take your radiator to them so they can see what you have. They can order a replacement core and remove your upper and lower tanks and put them on the new core. I did this on a rare 64 GTO radiator and you would never know that it wasn't original or NOS. A new core and having your old caps installed shouldn't cost over $300 and I think that's high
Back in 1967, my aunt, who lived in Mojave, CA at the time, bought a brand new Ford Mustang and was going home straight from the dealership after the sale. She was doing about 100MPH when she hit a roadrunner bird. The beak of the bird punctured her chrome bumper. She had a tough time explaining that to her mean ass husband.
Anyone else love how this thread went form a bird stuffed in a grill to a classic car thread ? [emoji1787]

He’s a special breed. That whole generation is. They don’t make em like that anymore. Cars or people.

1970 Pontiac lemans Sport 400, 4 BBL, Turbo 400, 355 posi, dual exhaust, dual exhaust cutouts in splash pan, Bucket Seats, His and Hers Shifter,
This car is basically a GTO without the hood scoops and badging. there are actually some pretty rare GTO's out there with out the enduro nose. They look like this nose however much cooler with the Ram Air Hood Scoops. For whatever reason the original customer could order one that way..... WAAAAAY BACK THAN!!
North carolina car...... not a bit of crusty or rotty metal underneath.

Just to keep this going a little bit, I thought I'd update you guys on an upcoming project for the car that I'm excited about. Found a company in Indiana that does custom leds, and they will be doing a setup for my front turn signals, and more excitingly, leds with sequential turn signals for my tail lights. I've always loved sequential blinkers, and my tail lights can be pretty ineffective in certain lighting situations so this is also a good functional upgrade. Had to order a backup set of tail lights to throw into the car while mine are being made in Indiana, with that factored in I probably won't have them back until mid to late July, but I can't wait to see them when we get them in!
Finally got a picture where they were both clean!
