Harmonic Balancer - Cam Swap Qeustion

I got to rolling and forgot to lookup if the harmonic balancer is timed to the crankshaft...cus I got ahead of myself and just removed it without aligning timing or any marks I saw on balancer after removal...is it tied to the crank timing in any way? I plan on maintaining the timing chain by zip tying it up and marking it..

Did I screw myself? Or can it just go back on during reassembly?

You'll need to set the #1 cyl to TDC then check the marks at the crank vs cam during re- installation

For the balancer? No, it's fine.
