harness or splicing factory

hi guys ! i got the stock radio (3.0) and i dont have steering wheel control, and i dont have oem backup camera( i got an aftermarket one )
Do i really need to buy a harness? or i can just splice the factory wiring?

if so, wich harness would be the best? (not the maestro)
