Has anyone noticed a slam/jerk when hitting the gas hard?

I had this issue up to about 5-6 weeks ago when my dealership told me I needed the update for pcm and Tcm has been gone ever since

See I was thinking that too. I’ve heard of dealers updating shift points and better configurations. I will wait and see what they say if o ever get an appointment. Busy time of year......

This transmission has over 40 shift strategies depending on temp, load, etc. Have the dealer check for software updates for your vehicle.

I get some funky shifts in stop and go traffic; mostly weird downshifts, but nothing like you've described under acceleration.
