Has anyone replaced the shocks on a 2wd themselves ?

I bought some new shocks and want to do it myself since it's literally two bolts on s 2wd but I would like to know if I'm able to do this just with my truck on a floor jack in my driveway. And also the nut sizes if anyone knows them :) help would be much appreciated.
