It is a diesel, the kind ranch badge takes place of the power stroke badge on these models. I would have gone with a 2500 Laramie but I've had nothing but Ram and wanted something different and like these newer super duty's. I'm gonna stick around the forum so I'm not completely out lol

My co-worker just got an F250 Platnum (gas....), the interior is not impressive for that level of trim to be honest. they need to update the F250 generation to where the F150's are at now. The F250 interiors are cheap feeling, I know they are work trucks but if your going to have luxury trim levels then they need to step it up. Regardless it's a beautiful truck. I am not THAT biased, I see the pros and cons in all 3 trucks, but RAM takes the cake on looks both inside and out, and power. I am not a fan of the HEMI "technology" anymore tho I would take one in a CTD but I have no need for that kind of power.

If I were to get a 2500 I would get it with a 392 because of the numbers, but I would expect a 50/50 chance of the motor going at some point before the warranty is up..

Nice truck man, congrats. and good luck!

I have plans of deleting, tuning, lifting, bigger wheels and tires. Ranch hand full bumper replacements, lights bars, replacing fog lights with LED pods. I just got it yesterday so the list is still in the works lol

You void your factory warranty as soon as you do an EGR delete on the new 6.7's.

Ford finally figured out that they needed to make the EGR system separate because was costing them money having to replace engine's so now "if/when" it fails it won't destroy the engine along with the failure.

Trader!!!!:roflsquared: Those King Ranch's are nice. Buddy of mine has one and we had a 2011 f450 on the ranch in KR trim. Honestly I'd have bought a 6.7 powerstroke over a cummins too. I'm not a huge fan of the newer cummins. I'm a die hard 5.9L fan and think they destroyed it with all the emissions crap...

Enjoy. I'll save all the Ford hand warmers on the tailgate jokes
