Headlamp low beams

My 2004 2500 has an issue with the headlamps, The drivers lowbeam wouldnt work so the shop ended up after a bunch of looking changing the fuse block. The fuse block didnt come with the tipm so they tried my original and it didnt work. After searching the internet they found a used one in canada and it came complete with new water in it! Needless to say it didnt work. Has anyone come up with fix? I'm getting used to the wipers coming on and off on their own and the dinger goin off to tell me something I dont understand but the lights doing strange things is a little unerving!
