Headlight alignment

Long story short my passenger side headlight aims off to the right. Doesn’t matter what bulbs I put in, bought 2 different sets of housings off eBay from different sellers and they both do it. Factory housing are just fine. Is there any kind of adjustment to straighten this out or is it just the quality to expect from eBay?

Do your lights sit pretty flush? I know on the passenger side it doesn't allow much room for a bigger adjustment mechanism. If the screw is too long it will hit the support.

It does sit pretty flush for an eBay set, definitely better than the first set. I’ll check out the clearance and hope for the best. Thanks for the reply
