Has anyone had this issue? I was changing out my headlight bulbs on my 2019 Classic. After reinstalling the passenger side headlight there was a gap between the headlight and the fender. The gap on the driver's side headlight/fender is much small. The gap was there since I bought the truck, but I notice more now after I changed the headlights. Is there a way to adjust this gap? The white clip accessible from the wheel well is engaged with the headlight and the headlight is otherwise properly seated.

Haven't been able to find much info on this.

I've had that issue (albeit with projectors but they still remove/reinstall the same way) In my case I found that even though the headlight seemed like it was seated properly it turned out that it wasn't. There's a standoff that was just bit out of place, so I removed and reinstalled a time or two until it seated properly.

The ball stud in back of the housing that pops into the white cup can be adjusted in/out to change that gap. Make sure it's screwed all the way in.

My tip: put the pushpin from the fender door on top of the tire or else spend 1/2 hour looking for it under the truck.
