New to the forum. Looking for some clarification on the Heads up Display. 2025 1500 Limited. I setup the heads up display to use the custom setting, vs Advanced or simple. Once i set the custom view setting, it works as it should, except the next day when i start it up, the setting default back to the simple view, it happens every time. Has anyone used the custom view and gotten to work all the time? Don't know if it's a software issue or if that's the way it's supposed to work, which doesn't make sense that you have to change the view every time you get in the car. The Advanced view option seems to work all the time, you set it and it maintains that view the next day. I'm making a list of problems/questions I'm experiencing and I can add the heads up display to the list. Thanks for any input....

I have the same issue, with my '25 Rebel, it's frustrating as hell! I asked the techs at the dealership who had no idea and looked to Google for an answer. Go figure.

Check this Mopar tutorial video. Have you been saving the settings as demonstrated?

Thanks. Yep, I've saved it on the screen and for good measure, pushed the profile button on the door to save setting. I have a few things that aren't working and will add this to the list. The truck has a great smooth ride and plenty of Giddy up. But. every time I start it up, it's an adventure. The speed sensitive locking stopped working, I get warning lights on the dash, the two side mirrors blind spot indicator lights stayed on, the doors at times will not lock using the lock button on the door handle, the doors won't unlock at times and you need to either use the key or pull out the phone and try to unlock using the app and to start the truck, you need to hold the key fob next to the push button start to start it up, the traction control indicator went on on a clear day and didn't even pull out of the garage, my Sirus/XM presets all disappeared. When i get to my destination and get back in the truck, all is good, no problems and then a few days later some other issue or same issues as before.

Going on long trips, you hold your breath and hope you don't have major issues or you can't get the truck to start up. Unfortunately, it's a new truck and will take a beating if I traded it in. Nice looking truck and nice ride and plenty of power, but I've gotten to the point of not being confident with it and it only has 3k miles on it. Of course when i get it in for service, the problems can't be duplicated.

Have you tried reaching out to @RamCares for assistance?

Also, this guy was able to negotiate an exchange with the dealership, maybe something to explore.

Depending on your state laws, this sounds like it could be a candidate for the lemon law return.

Thanks for the replies. I have not thought about the Exchange option or Lemon Law.... YET :) Fortunately, all of the issues have not been major problems, just annoying stuff. With the cost of cars/trucks today, way north of 60K, I expect not to have these annoying issues, but I'm sure a lot of others are in the same boat and worse. But, my felling is that all or a lot the manufactures only care about the dollar. I've read other post for issues I'm having and found that one person got his issue resolved by the "Tech" team? and another person with the same issue said his dealership's service folks can't fix the same problem. I don't get it. Dealership A can figure out the problem, but dealership B can't figure it out. Lack of communication, lack of something. I've read on the forum, that someone had their truck in for service for 46 days, 46 days and can't find a fix. Oh well, everyone who buys a new auto these days will have problems and how much you spend will not mean a thing and what you would expect is not what you're going to get. Ok guys, thanks for the replies. The forums are becoming the best service departments to have.
