There should be another one behind the dash right in front of the firewall. The dash has to come out to get to it...

What brand of blend door motors did you use? I have had issues replacing mine with aftermarket motors on my 14. The HVAC module couldn't read the blend motor position correctly. The problem went away when I replaced it with the OEM motor. The motor on the back of the HVAC box directly behind the glove box on the Dual Zone trucks only and controls the driver's side temp. The motor on the front side directly behind the glove box controls the passenger side heat. The Single Zone trucks do not have the motor on the back side of the HVAC box. Obviously your truck is a Sport so you have the Dual Zone setup. What I learned with my truck was if the HVAC module can't read Any of these motors positions it will cause it to malfunction in other areas. My truck would not correctly change blend door settings between dash, defrost and floor. If I shut the truck off it would correct itself for a short time and then I would lose control of it again. Mine turned out to be the aftermarket motor (Doorman Brand) motor I had installed for the passenger side temp. I replaced that motor and all the issues went away. The only way to accurately diagnose the problem without throwing parts at it is to check for DTC codes in the HVAC system. You can do this with the Alfa Tool. This is how I figured out what was wrong with mine. It showed that it wasn't receiving input from the passenger temp blend door. Long story short. If you used aftermarket blend door motors replace them with the correct OE motors for your truck. If you used OE motors I recommend either purchasing the Alfa Tool if you don't already have one or possibly having the dealer check for DTC codes. It's most likely a blend door motor not communicating or a problem with the HVAC module itself. The HVAC module is mounted behind the trim panel on the end of the dash on the passenger side.
