Heated seat/steering problem

Good afternoon, had the truck out today, made several stops, each time I started it, the seat & steering wheel were activated. I had to turn them off. What is causing these to come on without turning them on? Thank-you, Nick

If its 40° or less they will turn on automatically if you have that setting enabled in your settings menu. To turn it off you need to into the settings menu on your radio and turn off your (auto on comfort)
