Heated Seats not working with Remote Start

Its cold and now that I am using my remote start, I noticed that my heated seats and steering wheel is not coming on when I activate the remove start. Are they suppose to? The cooled seats always came on during the summer with the remove start and I assume the heated seats should as well. I have the option selected for comfort system on with remove start in the driver information center. Is there a problem or something else I need to do?

At what temperature? I think it needs to be below 38 degrees for them to come on automatically.

It was 33 this morning, but not exactly sure what the temp was when I started the truck. I may have been close to 38

They came on today!


It was 37 when I got in the truck and the steering wheel and driverside seat was on. Passenger side is not on, but I think that is normal...

You have to love it when they are on and got the leather all toastie warm for your hands and buttocks!!!

If it has to get that cold for them to come on automatically, I'll never get to use that feature. haha.

I need to hook up the wiring from my 05 seats to my 07 switches on my 03. Nice option to have especially with the leather. Will have to see if my jeep will do the auto thing on remote start.
