Has anyone who has done the Hellcat oil pump swap actually measured their old rotor?
Mine old rotor was 16mm - the same as in the Hellcat oil pump I just bought...

2011 RAM 1500 - the oil pump had 622BF marked into it.

Almost sounds like somebody had already upgraded your oil pump.Did you buy the truck new?

I bought the truck used.
The 622BF mark on the old pump makes me think it was a previous rev of the 53021 622BH.

Seems like this could be the case:

I am curious what the rotor width is on the updated 622BH...

Sounds like somebody might have already upgraded the pump.If you watch the video,he has pics of the rotors out of the pumps at about the 1:26 mark

Upgraded it to what?
The old oil pump was not a Hellcat, it had the 622BF mark on the back.

The current rev of the stock pumps is 53021 622BH,

The Hellcat Part number is completely different: 68195993AD.

Just would be curious if anyone who has done the swap could measure the rotor on their old pump [if they still have it].

All you guys that bumped the idle speeddid you have to run a tune into the vehicle or did you find a way to just do the idle increase. Interested in upping the idle on my 2021 2500 6.4 so I have better idle pressure as well as a bit more alternator output. I know alphaobd can't change the idle speed and I contacted Alexi who couldnt find a way to do it with alpha either. Thanks.

Unlocked PCM from CCMR in Edmonton, bypass cable, and a handheld Diablo should let you up the idle rpm,if that's all you want to do.If you want an actual tune get ahold of Chris Zelinsky at Player 3 on the south side of Edmonton.CCMR doesn't have a great rep with tuning Dodges, but apparently they can unlock the Dodge PCM now

If I replace my stock oil pump with the Hellcat pump, do I need to tune the vehicle to the pump? I have a 2015 so the PCM is locked. Are there any recommendations on bypass spring swap?

The Hellcat pump with the Melling relief spring installed in it would be the nearly perfect solution. The Hellcat will run up to 100 PSI cold, which I believe is excessive. That pump (with the larger rotors), coupled with the lower (around 75 psi) Melling spring would satisfy the low RPM pressure / volume requirements quite nicely.
