Help before I break it!!!

I have a 2015 1500 and can't figure out how to take off the plastic insert on the front of the bumper where the tow hooks go. Trying to install a light bar any help would be appreciated.

If it's a chrome bumper it's 4 bolts 10mm I believe. If you have the tow hooks on you have to take them off. The inserts slide out to the side they can be wiggled out.It took me 20 min if that to install tow hooks.

There are a lot of clips you have to press up on the top and down on the bottom then push from the front to pull the cover out.
