Help radio has no sound seams frozen!??

hey guys I have a 2019 ram 1509 classic with the tiny 4.... something ish touch screen anyone know how to reset it or something? Power stays on when I pull the key. Allowing me to edit setting but I have no sound and it’s been stuck on this page forever!! Just happens after work and I’m driving around doing errands and it’s silent in here!! Help lol thanks in advance-Johnny

Pulled over disconnected the battery out it back it’s fine will call dealer in morning
