for tuning the diablo trinity which tuner do you prefer, and why?Probably gonna get a tuner soon and want to read some feedback,thanks.

Dont think theres many people that have tried both tuners motorwise but there is plenty running a hemifever motor tune and whitelightning tranny tune but my advice is talk to them both ask questions and see who you like better

oh yeah and does anyone know if diablo has fixed their shift point issues yet?

Nope you cant shift much higher then 5800 i think mine is shifting at 5850 but from what ive heard from others is that it might not be wise to shift too much higher anyways without upgrading your springs

The fastest trucks so far are running Hemifever's tuning. If it aint broke, don't fix it. Stick with what's tried and true.

I have a few customers that had some trouble with WL's transmission tuning, so I'm just not sold on it yet.

Yup should have listened to the old adage because I WAS the fastest 4gen Bolt on CC LOL.....now I'm just traveling in the back with everyone else.

you could, but you could with the others as well if caught. Arrington has more in depth scripts for the tranny and motor tune though.

I know they have better tuning then others but from what I remember back when tuning barely came our they had said that if you get their tuning you automatically get all warranty voided for sure no ifs about it

Not exactly sure but I think you need to send your PCM to them to do it but just give them a call

Ahem. One of the quickest N/A 4th Gen. truck is running on a Whitelightning.

And let's not forget the guys with poor trans tunes who aren't getting a lot of help from Diablosport, running just the canned Trinity tunes.
WL couldn't be any worse, and probably better.

What are you running in the quarter mile with your mods.

since i don't have lsd, traction (plus inexperience at the track) is a big issue with me at the launch. i'd lose too much time spinning one tire at the start. once i get at least lsd, then i think i could do pretty well at the track. i don't have any track slips to back up my claims, but with lsd i think i could 13.0 - 13.1
