HID Problem, Flashing on Low Beam and my Lamp out on

Ok so I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500. I ordered HIDs from HIDs extra, 9007 6k Canbus 35w and 9006 6k 35w for my fogs. I had a friend who does a lot of HIDs installation. Problem is that my low beam flashes, my fog lights can't be turn on. It will only turn on be itself. Will not turn on when I have low beam or high beam on. I also have the lamp out on my dash on. I was told to order the canbus because I wouldn't get this problem but I did. What could be the problem. My friend who did the installation could not figure out the problem. Which is pretty crazy since this is his specialty. He thinks that the lightbulbs are defective. Could that be it?

talk to jj. buy a wiring harness. dodges need one in order to function with the front control module. very common problem with "plug n play" HIDs on our truck. don't waste the money on digital canbus systems. get the resistor harness from jj on retroshop in our vendors section and it'll solve all your issues. i've had mine for a year no issues at all
