I have a ddm 6000k kit, easy to install, about 35 bucks.

Other than the cheap in-line fuse holder they used on the ones in my truck, I haven't had any issues out of the two kits I've gotten from DDM either

When it comes time for a new set, I'll be hitting up JJ for a set from Retro Solutions. Not as cheap as a DDM kit, but you always get what you pay for

ddm? eh.

Yeah, they are cheap.........some people love 'em, but god help ya if you need warranty assistance.

Yup, mine run a bit higher - but you are going to get a quality set, and backed by a company that doesn't take the cheap route on HIDs.

ford vs lincoln.

Click the "?" next to the drop down, it will open a new window showing the differences in the kits, or click here - Retro Shop, LLC

Main differences, bixenon (digitals) and warranty (lifetime on the digitals)

I am currently running 4 sets of DDM kits and 1 set of Retro Solutions kit (yes, I know that's a lot of light lol), but I have not had any issues with my DDM kits other than for the low beams (hence why I went with RS on that one). I have also not had any issues with DDM support, maybe I've just gotten lucky....for the money DDM is not a bad option at all.

d'oh. I thought you had the standard single bulb setup. I always forget the 2nd gens had 2 different lighting setups.

Do your lows stay on with the highs?

Yes they do

I'd go with a bixenon kit then. This way you will have hid low and high, with your halogen highs to supplement the light output.

I think the sport headlights have a 9007 high/low beam and a 9004 low beam only. Now if I run them in only my low beamm. Do I get a 9004 low beam or a 9007 low beam kit?

I am currently running a DDM set as well, only in my low beam. With my projectors the lows do not stay on when my brights come on.

I got the Raptor kit. My next set will be from JJ though, as I am afraid of their warranty.

Do you have the raptor 9004 or 9007 low beam?
I think the budget allows more for the DDM kit for now since I have/want to do a couple other things
