high pitched sound

Okay this is weird I thought, There is a high pitched speakers that are coming out of my speakers only when the truck is running and accelerating, It has been going on for about a week now, and here might be the problem, I got a new phone last week and I just noticed this is happening, I figured it might be the head unit that might be affected by the phone... Is there anything that I can do or what is causing the problem???

Have you tried driving without the phone in the truck to confirm it is the phone causing the noise?
