Hit a Bump Took a Dump

I know this thread is getting old, but still haven't figured it out. Took it to my mechanic who has a much better scan tool than me. Referred me to another local shop with a good rep for fixing electrical problems. Appt is 2 weeks from tomorrow, so still have time to figure this out on my own. Attaching scanner results in case somebody knows what this crap means.
