Anytime my truck has sat outside in the sun and gotten hot my homelink will not open my garage doors. Works fine every time as long as it hasnt been in the sun. Anyone else have this problem or heard of it?

I had the same issues with my old Tacoma. The soldering in the circuit board would melt under the heat during summer and the connection would be cut.

Interesting problem. Maybe you could wrap the module in some heat resistant/reflective material?
