Yea. I’ve looked at those as well. I like red but if a dealer had ur color (white two tone) that’s what I wanted. What it came down too was one dealer had white two tone without ram boxes. Another had red two tone with ram boxes. Turned out I wanted ram boxes more than a color. Lol

I like the solid hood vinyl like you are describing better on white than red I think.

That’s what I’m leaning towards. Did yours come from factory that way ? Or is it aftermarket? If so please tell me where u got it?

Looking back I think I found this on another forum. It was custom made by a local shop. Truth be told when I talk to places about getting this done I get quoted around 300-350 for them to cut the vinyl and apply. Not much more than buying the online kits and paying 100-150 to have it installed.

maybe hard to see in the small picture but I went rally stripes front to tailgate-don't have the sport hood though

I wanted to do blue rally stripes on my black and chrome Big Horn, but the other half didn't like the idea.

Now with a blacked out Sport, I wouldn't consider it myself, but have to wonder what the rally would look like.

I like the subtle matte black stripes and n gloss black. My buddy had a “murdered out” Chevy and then put matte black stripes on the hood. The subtle look was very sharp.

2 cans of plasti-dip ($10.60) and a roll of masking tape ($5.00) and you can create your own design....

Tip: make sure you pull the tape while the plasti-dip is still wet.

Used it for the spears on my hood, waited a little too long to pull the tape, and ended up with a little “whoops” on the drivers side.

I think you can throw another piece of tape on there and touch it up without it being noticeable. Looks good btw
