How do u remove broken stud

Nut broke. Head of bolt is welded to manifold. Is two boys good enough?

I can't see your picture, but can you grab it with a vise grip. If so, heat it with a MAP gas torch (yellow) and spray it withpbblaster or something like it
Might unscrew yet.

The bolt head was welded. Bolt does not thread into flange. Yes, u could melt weld and knock out. Mapping gas not hot enough.

Going in blind, I'd say cut the head off and use an air hammer to push out the stud. Get a new bolt and weld back on to the flange.
