how many watts does my 8.4 put out ?

I want to do a speaker upgrade and I need to know , I would like to go to Boze

I would think pretty much anything on the market would be fine, I would say 5-15 watts RMS per channel.

Does Bose even make car stereo gear? I’d say 15w max (probably more like 10) from the factory head unit.

I thought it was a shared 500 watt output. I could be wrong though
