I have a 2019 ram 1500 new body style. I want to level it but I am aloud a 4 inch lift under my warranty. I think Ill start with a level kit, but I see 2 in. 2 1/2 in. I measured with a tape measure and its just short of 2 1/2, so it should level pretty close or close enough that most wouldn't notice. Now if I go with a 4 inch lift, in my mind the rear goes up 4 inches and the front would go up 6 1/2 inches to level it out. Is this right?

No. The listed height of the lift is typically for up front, while the rear is less to level it off.

I recommend leaving the front an inch lower give or take (comparing at fenders), otherwise it will tend to look like its sagging ass IMO

A 4” is 4 up front and 3” rear. Your hood is taller than the bed so a 1” rake is necessary to keep your truck looking like it’s level
