Passive entry is selected. Flipping the wires throws an electrical failure on the handle. Disconnecting throws an open circuit error. Driver side is wired the same and working as expected. Might have a bad handle, not sure what else to test other and swapping driver to passenger for a quick function test. Didn't want to take the driver side apart again.

Maybe it’s the antenna in the door Is not reading your key fob ?

Can you leave the fob at the driver door handle and walk around and try and then use the passenger handle

I am just talking about the green one missing on the passenger side. I didn’t realize the rears were different but that thought had cross my mind. So you’re saying there is room for the wires in the rear doors? Main thing was I was just trying to locate some of them because as JimmyO7said, everyone was out of stock and he was right. It took several days to track some down.

Yes, there are five open positions on the rear door connectors, so there is room for the door handle and antenna (if you choose to put it in the rear door).

I thought he was referring to the female connector that mates with the stock connector that comes on the handle (attached to the very short black and red leads).

On the front doors, the factory way is a jumper harness that connects to the short handle connection inside the door then to the leads that would normally be connected to the large door harness connector.

On the rear doors, the factory harness completely replaces the harness on the door, if your truck did not come with prox entry standard.

Im not sure if anyone has looked, but maybe its possible to get the correct pins to add to the large door harness, instead of pulling wires through the boot just add the pins on the truck side of the harness and the mating pins to the antenna wire that goes inside the door then just snap it all together.

EDIT: I might be a little confused....are you talking about ordering/selling CONNECTORS or PINS? connectors I think we've found, the pins would make for a more factory install, though, and we wouldnt need to pull wires around the boot.

@chrisbh17, I was originally referring to the green male/female connectors and accompanying pins that goes to the passenger door so we don’t have to pull the wires through. I also called and ordered another set of female door connectors from Nexus today as well. But they only had one in stock. He is sending ten more when they come in.

I should probably ask this before a bunch of unnecessary parts get ordered. Are we referring to the connector shells themselves for all four doors, or just the terminals for the the connectors for all four doors? Because first off, the connectors for the rear doors are different than the connectors for the front doors. They all use the same terminals, though. Secondly, the only missing connector on the truck is the front passenger door (both halves), the rest are already there.

Then I'd be interested in the pins for all 4 doors and the connector for the front passenger. Plus some "extra" pins.

Ok, I’m going to throw a small monkey wrench at you and make a correction. The terminals for the rear door connectors are not the same as the fronts. I was looking at the four large terminals on the rears, which are the same as fronts, but not the ones used in the open positions. So, full recap, here are the part numbers- all Yazaki:

Front passenger door body side connector- 7283-6468-60

Front passenger door door side connector- 7282-6468-60

Front door female terminals- 7116-4110-02

Front door male terminals- 7114-4110-02

Rear door female terminals- 7116-4100-02

Rear door male terminals- 7114-4100-02

Haha, I think my Girlfriend might be right that this forum is a cult out to make me spend more money!! That’s ok, it’s my fault for not buying a truck that had everything I wanted from the beginning. Although I wouldn’t have had as much and would have spent another 20k!
I will add those to my order as well. No problem at all. So that will be everything to wire the doors into terminal blocks and not pull wire through. More work but definitely worth it In my opinion.
Thanks @Jimmy07

Maybe it’s the antenna in the door Is not reading your key fob ?

Handle tested fine. Swapped antennas with driver side and same result, which led me to think pass side antenna wiring. Disconnected and applied voltage which tested fine on the other end. Tried leaving fob by driver side door but it would not work.

Right now with everything back in place, the pass side handle will unlock only the driver door if i hold the fob against the rear glass or rear pass door.

The driver side handle unlocks all doors.

Not sure where to go from here, possible bad hub?

So the antenna in the door is it the passive entry antenna or proximity antenna ?

Is it maybe possible that the door antenna and one of the interior antennas are reversed at the c2 connector ?
One Way to tell is too disconnect the passenger door antenna and make sure that is the correct antenna that is showing open circuit in alpha .
Seems like the interior antenna is picking up the fob before the door antenna ?
Thinking you are inside the truck already ?

Passive entry, 56046957AA.

As I go back thru the install notes and everything in the OP I see he listed which antenna number pertains to each location. I’m certain I missed that and didn’t pin them in that order. That will be my next change in the morning.

I think you’re right, I don’t have them right on the C2.

Requested an update from allmoparparts on why there has been no status change. They were out of stock on 56046958AA and are expecting them to be in tomorrow 2/7.

Finally, success!!! Lessons learned, I'm mechanical and suck at building connectors. Tripple check all steps carefully. Once pinned correctly everything is working as expected. Thanks a million for the tips and advice!
